HRC Hospitality are seeking Sous Chefs within Glasgow, this would be a permanent position based within a hotel,
Ideal candidate would be:
- Chefs who are confident at assisting the Head Chef oversee the kitchen operations, including food production, inventory management & management of other kitchen members,
- Chefs who have worked to a branded menu previously, and would be confident at monitoring all food leaving the kitchen would be adhered to this menu,
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills and can deliver this to both the back of house and front of house team,
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, food safety and health and safety regulations,
About the role:
- Working alongside the Head Chef and taking step up in his absence,
- Negotiable salary depending on experience
- Working in a kitchen where they produce high quality food for a variety of events such as weddings, conferences, party nights & have a busy day to day kitchen
