Our client, a prestigious Civil Engineering Contractor based in Glasgow, is seeking a  talented Site Agent to join their expanding team as they increase their workload across Scotland’s renewables sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team, known for their pride in the company and their strong, long-standing client relationships.
Responsibilities (Role Dependent):
- Planning and organising all on-site labour.
- Ensuring resources are utilised efficiently on-site.
- Delivering contracts safely, on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
- Maintaining HSEQ standards.
- Keeping accurate site records and registers.
- Ensuring all work complies with company safety procedures.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships on and off-site.

Candidate Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum HNC-level qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Previous experience in a civil contracting environment.
- Experience in the renewable and infrastructure civil engineering sectors (desirable).
- SMSTS certification.
- A methodical approach and excellent interpersonal skills.

Please note: Due to project locations and the nature of the role, varying shift patterns will apply. Candidates must be flexible and willing to travel throughout Scotland as required.
