Our client, a specialist subcontractor in the rail sector, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team for projects in Glasgow and the West. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise on civil engineering projects and make a tangible impact.

Your Role
As Site Manager, you will:
- Foster positive relationships on and off-site.
- Manage procurement of equipment and materials efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate staff and subcontractors.
- Oversee permits and safety inspections.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Qualifications: Degree or HNC in civil engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience: Proven success managing civil engineering projects (rail experience preferred).
- Skills: Ability to manage multiple sites, with proactive communication and leadership.
- Essential Certifications: CSCS, SMSTS and PTS.
- Licence: Full UK driver’s licence.
