We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Agent to join a leading infrastructure solutions provider. Based in Scotland, this role is an excellent opportunity to manage and deliver complex rail and civil engineering projects while leading a skilled team to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Leading project teams, including subcontractors and direct labour, to achieve performance and quality targets.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to maintain clear communication and strong relationships.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in civil engineering, ideally within the rail sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent construction-related discipline.
- CSCS and SMSTS certifications are desireable, but not essential.
