CK Group are recruiting for an Applications Product Specialist, to join a diagnostics company, this is a field based role, covering the North East of England and Scotland, on a contract basis for6 months.


Salary:
Rates 200 - 230 per day PAYE or 265.27 - 305.06 UMB per day


Applications Product Specialist Role:
  • The scope of this role will be to provide technical and scientific support to customers remotely and at customer sites forTissue Diagnostics portfolio of instruments and reagents.
  • You will be expected to perform installations of instruments for demonstration and new purchases at customer sites (as well as performing initial validation prior to use).
  • You will be pivotal in providing support for our latest portfolio of cellular pathology instruments including our primary staining platform (HE 600) and our digital pathology solutions (DP 200).

Your Background
:
  • To be considered for this role, you will have to be knowledgeable about and understand a modern NHS laboratory.
  • You will have a strong desire to improve and shape both patient treatments and pathways through advances in Histology.
  • You will be qualified to degree level in Biomedical Science.
  • You will be able to demonstrate a high standard experience to our customer base andexcel in the art of troubleshooting and taking ownership and pride in your work.
  • Customer focused, you will be capable of working with minimum supervision and manage your time effectively.
  • You will be expected to plan your own field work schedule and extensive travel arrangements autonomously.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BSc Biomedical Science or equivalent (other relevant Healthcare Science Degree).
  • >3 Years Laboratory Experience.
