Carrington West are pleased to be partnered with a leading environmental consultancy who are seeking an exceptional Associate Planning Director to join their thriving Glasgow office. Be part of a multidisciplinary team of experts in ecology, hydrology, and planning, driving forward innovative solutions across energy, residential, commercial, mixed-use, minerals, infrastructure, and utilities projects.

The Role:
This is a leadership role for a strategic thinker and skilled planner. You'll guide teams, manage high-profile projects, and influence development outcomes that shape communities and landscapes for the better. As an Associate Planning Director, you'll have the autonomy to lead while being part of a collaborative and supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:
路Qualifications: Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline and full membership of the RTPI.
路Experience: Demonstrable experience in leading complex planning projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
路Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
