The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales activities in their allocated region, whilst collaborating with colleagues to promote excellent team performance. You are hardworking and determined and draw upon previous experience to expertly negotiate and close sales with current and new trade partners. You communicate a passion for the company and product and are confident devising effective strategies to support and grow partners within your region.

You are a natural people person, able to quickly build trusting and lasting relationships with others; your ability to understand partners' needs, and to deliver upon them, drives growth. You are organised in your work, confidently balancing multiple responsibilities without compromising on the quality of service offered.

Essential

  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing sales.
  • Window Coverings industry experience
  • Proven ability to quickly build lasting relationships founded on excellence of service and trust.
  • A personable and professional communicator, confident using all mediums of communication.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to boost performance, but equally confident working independently.
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management skills. Proven ability to maintain a methodical approach under pressure.
  • An analytical thinker who approaches challenges and tasks strategically, dealing with them proactively and professionally.
  • Passionate about the product and company, with an ability to communicate your enthusiasm effectively to others in order to drive sales.
