OVERVIEW

 We are seeking on behalf of our client, a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new business and cultivate relationships with clients in Scotland and Northern Ireland. This role is pivotal in expanding their market presence and revenue streams in these regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage new accounts and execute a documented plan
  • Identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to meet targets
  • Develop strategic client presence and facilitate operational delivery
  • Identify new clients and nurture existing relationships
  • Collaborate with operational business heads and act as the interface between clients and the company
  • Lead new business opportunities and tender documentation
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and lead RFP situations
  • Take responsibility for personal training and development

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles and account management
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and revenue management
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
