Customer Service Manager - £45K (DOE)We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to build and lead our clients customer service function. The ideal candidate will promote a customer service excellence ethos company wide, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and implement the strategy and operating approach for customer services in collaboration with the COO.* Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer service team.* Establish customer service and sales metrics, measures, and reporting systems.* Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service, creating engaged customers and facilitating organic growth.* Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.* Align service and sales procedures, policies, and standards with regulatory requirements.* Generate regular reports for shareholders* Manage resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.Qualifications:* Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager, ideally in banking or financial services.* Strong knowledge of management methods and customer service software, databases, and tools.* Strategic thinking and leadership abilities.* Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.* Customer service orientation.What We Offer:* Competitive salary and benefits package.
