  • Manage and develop over 700 installer accounts in your region
  • Sell a market-leading range of electronic access automation systems
  • Focus on existing customers and warm leads – no cold calling
  • Revive dormant accounts and unlock new business opportunities
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual product demos and client meetings
  • Hybrid working model: home-based, on-site visits, and occasional showroom work
The Package:
  • £45,000 base salary
  • £2,000 MBO bonus
  • Uncapped commission (1% over target – high earnings potential)
  • Company car or car allowance
  • 25 days holiday + your birthday off

Who We’re Looking For:
  • Proven sales/account management experience
  • Strong background in electronic security, ideally Access Control, Automation, or HVM
  • Based in Scotland or the Central Belt
  • Tenacious, proactive, and commercially sharp
  • Confident working with installers and building long-term relationships
