We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Executives. Our company specialises in offering bespoke hospitality packages, tailored to meet the unique tastes and preferences of our clients. These packages present an unparalleled opportunity for business owners to entertain high-value clients and staff.Position: Sales ExecutiveLocation: Glasgow City Centre.Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8:45 am to 5:00 pm (Tuesday-Thursday), 8:45 am to 4:00 pm (Friday). Every Monday off.Role Description:As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for outbound business-to-business telesales, promoting our exclusive hospitality packages. This is a 360-degree sales role, and closing skills are essential.We provide all necessary training, leads, and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.Responsibilities:* Conduct cold calls to reach Managing Directors of businesses and secure new clients.* Maintain a high daily contact rate.* Identify and secure new customers.* Source new business leads to meet sales targets.* Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.* Build and maintain a network of business prospects and accounts.* Develop strong client relationships to ensure the highest level of service and repeat business.Skills and Experience:* Minimum of 1 years of direct sales experience, with proven skills in objection handling, and closing deals.* Familiarity with CRM systems.* Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced sales environment.* Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.* A self-starter with a passion for sales.* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Compensation:* Probation (6 Months): £20,000 basic, OTE £30,000+.* Completion of probation: £25,000 basic, OTE £35,000+.* Account manager status: £30,000 basic, OTE £45,000+.Benefits:* A 4-day working week with the option to work from home every Friday, promoting work/life balance.* Clear career progression opportunities from day one.* Pension scheme.* Attendance at some of the UK's most prestigious sporting events.* 25 days of paid holiday, plus an additional day each year of service (up to a maximum of 30 days).* Death in service policy.If you're ready to make your mark in an exciting and fast-paced sales environment, we want to hear from you!
