This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing top-tier accounts and driving new business growth across Scotland.
Responsibilities
- Cold Calling - Must enjoy walking into new businesses and comfortable pitching to key decision makers
- Relationships - Build great relationships with owners, store managers and staff to give best across all retailers
- Merchandising - Ensure products are launched correctly from placement and availability
- Store Support - Support stores with samples, in-store demos, point of sale and creative displays
- Wholesaler Relationship - Work closely with Account Manager to ensure wholesaler support from promo plan to sample drops to right launch support
- Insights - Report back with insights from the street to inform our Field Sales strategy
Qualifications
- Proven experience within a field sales or retail compliance role, ideally within FMCG although other markets considered
- The gift of the gab i.e. the ability to talk to every person and their dog!
- Reliable, trustworthy and common sense
- Experience of working independently day to day
- Exceptional organisational skills, ability to manage your own diary
- The ability to navigate and be punctual
- Full / clean UK driving licence
