Territory Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team, reporting to the National Field Sales Manager. The role covers the Scotland/North of England area. You will be responsible for managing an existing customer base with sales in excess of £1m, focusing on building long-term relationships and expanding our diverse brand portfolio within the FMCG sector.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Manage and grow an existing customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and deliver results by managing wholesale, convenience, and foodservice sectors.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate internally with the Customer Service team and Brand Managers.
  • Develop and grow the business, including opening new accounts.
  • Deliver excellent presentations and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Background in FMCG categories, with foodservice experience being desirable.
  • Proven track record in sales with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Highly customer-focused with strong planning and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a desire for personal and business development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Full driving licence is essential.
