Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring BMS systems operate at peak performance
Identify and implement system improvements to enhance energy efficiency and operational performance
Conduct site surveys and propose remedial works and upgrades
Support the commissioning of small projects and system integrations
Work closely with FM teams and clients, providing technical guidance and expertise
