  • Carrying out commissioning of BMS systems
  • Load and commission system and network-level controllers
  • Coordinate and create necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation
  • The production of detailed reports including commissioning reports, test results and as fitted drawings
  • The integration of 3rd party systems into the BMS using Modbus, Mbus or BACnet enabled devices

The person:

  • Experience in BMS Control systems including Trend
  • HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or to related field.
  • Good working knowledge of BMS Industry standards protocols, BACnet, Modbus
