We're looking for a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join a large nationwide law firm with several offices across the UK. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to maintain seamless IT operations.
  • Manage and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement system upgrades and new technologies.
  • Oversee user account management and security configurations in Active Directory.
  • Support hybrid work solutions, assisting with remote access and connectivity.
  • Document best practices and IT procedures for efficiency and knowledge sharing.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Solid understanding of networking (routers, switches, firewalls).
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex IT issues.
  • Experience with cloud services like Azure is a plus.
