About the Role:

Our client is seeking Senior Civil Engineers to join their dynamic UK design team. You'll take a lead role in delivering civil design projects for the water industry, working on multidisciplinary teams. Duties include:

  • Leading projects or work packages and mentoring junior staff.
  • Conducting site visits, report writing, and producing design drawings and calculations.
  • Supporting health and safety initiatives and delivering at all project stages, from feasibility to commissioning.
  • This role supports the expanding water utilities portfolio, including both infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review design concepts, calculations, specifications, and drawings.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Support resource and budget management for projects.
  • Prepare feasibility studies, assessment reports, and technical documents.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
