Key Responsibilities: - Perform setting out and surveying duties to ensure the precise execution of works. - Conduct quality checks and ensure all work aligns with project specifications and client requirements. - Support site teams with technical guidance and resolve any on-site challenges. - Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain effective communication. - Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. - Maintain accurate records and documentation for all engineering activities. Requirements - Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience as a Site Engineer, ideally within the rail infrastructure sector. - Proficiency in setting out equipment and CAD software. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, and processes. - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. - Commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
