Site Engineer

Deanston Cooper is currently recruiting for aSite Engineerto work for one of the best privately owned civil engineering contractors in Scotland. Projects up to 10 million in value are across the Central Belt and include roads, bridges, infrastructure, wind farms and substations.

Your duties as Site Engineer will include:

• Providingengineering,technical skills and expertise to operatives, supervision and management
• Undertakingaccurate setting out and the management of setting out in line with the project programme of works.
• Interpreting engineering drawings and specification and ensuringthe accurate construction of works in accordance with client requirements
• Advisingthe commercial team of any technical or engineering changes that could warrant a variation or cost change
• Ensuringquality of the construction process
• Ensuringthat all site works are conducted in a safe manner
• Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with the client

• Relevant experience gained working as a Site Engineer on civil engineering projects
• CSCS Card
