Job Title: Sub Agent

Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Management: Maintain a focus on project timelines, driving works to meet targets.
- Site Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day management of the construction site, ensuring smooth operations.
- Meeting Participation: Attend pre-start and progress meetings, providing valuable input.
- Site Planning: Prepare site plans, risk assessments, and method statements for safe and efficient project execution.
- Cost Control & Scheduling: Ensure diligent cost management and adherence to the project schedule.
- Compliance: Ensure Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards are strictly followed.
- Progress Reporting: Provide detailed reports on contractual milestones to the client, ensuring transparency.
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum HNC-level qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Proven experience on Scottish Water projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in setting out and working within a principal contracting environment.
- Certifications:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- First Aid Certification
- Desirable: Roads and Street Works Certificate
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work away from home as needed.
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.
