Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Management: Maintain a focus on project timelines, driving works to meet targets.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day management of the construction site, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend pre-start and progress meetings, providing valuable input.
  • Site Planning: Prepare site plans, risk assessments, and method statements for safe and efficient project execution.
  • Cost Control & Scheduling: Ensure diligent cost management and adherence to the project schedule.
  • Compliance: Ensure Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards are strictly followed.
