Asbestos Surveyor - Scotland

£30,000 - £35,000 + Additional Training and Car Allowance

My client is a multi-disciplinary UKAS accredited Asbestos Specialist, looking to expand based on the grounds they have won large and sought-after contracts, some being up to 5 years long. Asbestos surveyors will work on a mixture of commercial and domestic sites with as much overtime guaranteed as they want.

Responsibilities for an Asbestos Surveyor:

  • Conduct surveys for different property types
  • Compile compliant reports
  • Build client relationships
  • Provide technical support

Requirements of an Asbestos Surveyor:

  • BOHS P402 certification, 12 months field experience
  • Domestic and commercial project experience
  • Full UK driving license
  • Flexible for commuting and out-of-hours work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent and team-oriented
