Building Surveyor - The Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Building Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote working combined with the opportunity to engage on-site and in the office, contributing to a variety of exciting projects across the region.

As a Building Surveyor, you will take on a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, gaining exposure to commercial properties, listed buildings, and projects ranging in value from small refurbishments to multi-million-pound developments.

Building Surveyor - Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting building surveys, inspections, and condition assessments

- Preparing detailed reports, schedules, and specifications

- Managing refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion

- Advising on compliance with building regulations and other statutory requirements

- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes

Building Surveyor - You:

- A degree in Building Surveying or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- MRICS qualification (or working towards chartered status is desirable)

- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in building surveying

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively

- Interest or experience in working with heritage or listed buildings is advantageous
