Your new companyOur client, a Building Surveying consultancy based in Glasgow, are looking to add an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor (with EPC Accreditation) on a freelance basis for an initial 6/8 week contract.Your new roleYou will be assisting in the delivery of 180 condition surveys and 100 EPCs across a residential portfolio in the North of Glasgow, completing a mixture of internal, external, block surveys.What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced Stock Condition/Building Surveyor with a track record within residential condition surveys and EPCS.
