Duties Include
- Condition Surveys
- Reinstatement Cost Assessments
- Schedule of Conditions
- Dilapidations
- Building Pathology
Ideal Candidate
- Hold a degree in Building Surveying and qualified to MRICS
- Good interpersonal skills
- An Ambitious can-do attitude
- Good technical knowledge in all matters relating to building surveying
- Attention to detail
- Working knowledge of IT systems and CAD.
- Experience in health and safety procedures and the CDM Regulations.
- Previous relevant experience
- Full, Clean UK driving license.
