Graduate Building Surveyor Job Overview
- Assisting with the inspection, maintenance, and management of a variety of commercial properties across Glasgow.
- Supporting senior surveyors in preparing condition surveys, defect analysis, and reports.
- Contributing to refurbishment and development projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and tender documents.
- Contract administration and liaising with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of surveying disciplines, with structured APC support.
Graduate Building Surveyor Job Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
- Eager to work towards RICS chartership (full APC support provided).
