Zachary Daniels are currently working on an excellent opportunity for a Client Support Executive to join a prestigious IFA on the outskirts of Glasgow.

This company is a fantastic independent company who have carved out a fantastic reputation with the IFA Market, they have full back office and compliance support, as well as support with generating business. They provide whole of market advice and work with all cases and clients of all backgrounds.

Reporting to the Financial Adviser and Training & Competence Supervisor, the successful candidate will provide technical support and back-up to our Financial Advisers and act as our primary client contact, in accordance with all documented processes and procedures.

You will be financially supported through your exams; and there is a clear route to career progression within the team.

Main Duties / Responsibilities

  • Dealing with client enquiries
  • Manage own and Financial Advisers diaries ensuring client meetings are carried out in a timely manner
  • Actively promote the benefits of PFP, educate and sign-up al clients to utilise the portal
  • Gather and collate all relevant client fact find information, ensuring no gaps
  • Update, tidy and maintain client record management system (iO)
  • Obtaining and confirming valuations from providers, as necessary
  • Process new business and track to completion
  • Prepare research, lustrations, and key documents in line with adviser recommendations
  • Prepare client specific reports, i.e. CashCalc & Selectapension
  • Prepare and finalise new business Suitability Reports to accurately reflect the advice given
  • Ensure the advice journey is updated and tracked to completion

Experience Required:

  • Possessing or working toward Level 4 Diploma qualification
  • Maintain and develop skills and knowledge via Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • Previous experience of working within Professional or Financial Services sector
  • Familiarity with back-office software systems such as Intelliflo / Adviser Office
  • Competent in the use of MS Office word, excel and outlook
  • Drive, desire and commitment to progress personally within Financial Services
