Customer Service Manager - 45K (DOE)
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to build and lead our clients customer service function. The ideal candidate will promote a customer service excellence ethos company wide, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the strategy and operating approach for customer services in collaboration with the COO.
* Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer service team.
* Establish customer service and sales metrics, measures, and reporting systems.
* Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service, creating engaged customers and facilitating organic growth.
* Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
* Align service and sales procedures, policies, and standards with regulatory requirements.
* Generate regular reports for shareholders
* Manage resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager, ideally in banking or financial services.
* Strong knowledge of management methods and customer service software, databases, and tools.
* Strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
* Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
* Customer service orientation.
