Description

Lead and manage commercial activities within the Property division.
Drive the development and implementation of commercial strategies.
Oversee financial management within the Construction department to ensure profitability.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Provide strategic direction to the commercial team.
Ensure all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost and volume targets.
Identify new commercial opportunities and manage marketing efforts to realise business growth.
Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and standards.
