The team at Denholm is delighted to be working in partnership with our Glasgow Head-Quartered FinTech client, to appoint a Marketing Director.

As a member of the operational board, some key accountability's of the role will include:

  • Development and implementation of commercial marketing strategy
  • Management of budget
  • Market Research / Data Insights
  • Brand Strategy and Management
  • GTM and Product Launch delivery
  • Campaign Management
  • Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Stakeholder Management - Internal and external (including agency partners)

To be successful in this role, candidates will demonstrate:

  • A sound understanding of the Financial Services market - likely to have worked within FS or FinTech, including an understanding of financial products, services, regulations and key industry trends.
  • Comprehensive experience across Digital & Performance marketing, Brand Management, and Communications.
  • Business Planning and Budget Management
  • Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Robust leadership qualities - experience of building out and leading a team
  • Strong commercial acumen - able to to experiment with innovative concepts and bring to fruition
  • Track record of success in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Experience at a similar level in a senior Marketing leadership role, or clear ability to take the next step
  • Flexibility to facilitate international travel
