The Role:As the Regional Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's success across your designated region. Reporting to the Sales and Commercial Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team of sales managers and representatives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders within the insulation and drylining sector.
  • Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Collaborating with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics, providing detailed reporting, and adjusting strategies as needed.
