Our client is looking for a Facilities & Internal Communications Manager to join their Glasgow-based EdTech team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine facilities management expertise with internal communications strategy, ensuring teams thrive in an inspiring, well-managed, and connected environment.

The role will have you:

  • Oversee day-to-day office management, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming workspace for all employees.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to deliver impactful internal communication strategies that engage, inform, and align our teams.
  • Support new starts with onboarding

The ideal candidate will bring these skills to the table:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, office management, or a similar role.
  • Exposure to or a strong interest in internal communications and employee engagement.
  • Experience working with HR and communications teams is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A passion for creating vibrant and inclusive work environments.
