Our client is looking for a Facilities & Internal Communications Manager to join their Glasgow-based EdTech team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine facilities management expertise with internal communications strategy, ensuring teams thrive in an inspiring, well-managed, and connected environment.
The role will have you:
- Oversee day-to-day office management, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming workspace for all employees.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to deliver impactful internal communication strategies that engage, inform, and align our teams.
- Support new starts with onboarding
The ideal candidate will bring these skills to the table:
- Proven experience in facilities management, office management, or a similar role.
- Exposure to or a strong interest in internal communications and employee engagement.
- Experience working with HR and communications teams is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for creating vibrant and inclusive work environments.
