Salary: Up to £45,000
Schedule: Mon Fri
Holidays: 25 days + 8 Bank Holidays
The Role: As an Electrical Supervisor, youll be the captain of our facilities team, steering daily operations with precision and flair. Youll ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and up to the highest standards. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you manage, motivate, and mentor your team to greatness. This role covers various contracts including retail, corporate office spaces, residential properties, and educational facilities.

What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role within the facilities management industry, specifically with electrical systems.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry standards and safety regulations.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with relevant software and tools.
