Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Electrical Supervisor for projects involving battery storage and substations.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Lead a team of electricians and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure all electrical work meets the required standards.
- Work closely with project managers to coordinate activities and manage resources effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that arise during the course of the project.
- Ensure that all team members are following health and safety guidelines, particularly those related to electrical work in battery storage and substations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong electrical background, with significant experience in battery storage and substation environments.
- Qualified in electrical installations with relevant certifications.
- SSSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
