Job Title: Roofing Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Manager with extensive knowledge in metal and roof cladding systems. This role requires overseeing roofing projects, managing teams, ensuring quality, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate must have significant experience in roof cladding, including system installation and detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage roofing and cladding projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
• Lead and train roofing teams while enforcing safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Oversee the installation of metal roof cladding systems and ensure proper detailing and quality control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Manage material procurement and inventory.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of roofing experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Extensive experience with metal and roof cladding systems, including detailing.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Proficiency in project management and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• OSHA certification preferred.
