Are you an organised, proactive professional with a knack for problem-solving? The KC Group have partnered with leading healthcare specialist In the Goven area of Glasgow and we are looking for a Site Coordinator to support the seamless delivery of health services at a key client site.  In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for site-specific requests, ensuring smooth operations by managing equipment, scheduling health surveillance clinics, and coordinating training sessions. You’ll also assist with data requests, audits, and on-boarding new colleagues. A basic DBS is required as part of your application. To be considered for the Site Coordinator role you will be:
  • A Strong communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Come from a Customer service or operations background
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • A solution-focused, team player mindset
  • Desirable: Healthcare experience, project management skills, and advanced IT proficiency.
Key duties of the Site Coordinator role Include: 
  • Assist the Client Service Delivery Manager with on-site service delivery.
  • Act as the first point of contact for site requests, directing or escalating as needed.
  • Maintain and calibrate occupational health equipment per asset management standards.
  • Manage weekly stock checks and replenishment of consumables and travel vaccines.
  • Coordinate health surveillance clinics, including scheduling, locations, and kit allocation.
  • Liaise with client stakeholders for health surveillance scheduling.
  • Organise training and support clinical events with venue and material setup.
  • Provide basic data support to stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure site facilities meet operational needs and coordinate with facility contacts.
  • Assist with site audits and new colleague onboarding (security clearance, inductions, PPE).
  • Handle calls for emergency response/first aid services and direct walk-in enquiries.
