Site Supervisor – Up to £50,000 + Commercial Car (with private use) & Bonus

 

Situation:

Ford & Stanley are delighted to be partnered with a company specialising in external maintenance and environmental services across the UK on their search for an experienced Site Supervisor.

Established in 1973, our client has seen rapid growth since the takeover in 2004, seeing annual turnover growth from £8 million to £200 million in 2023.

With a strong commitment to sustainability, using technology and data to nurture environments and enable customers to deliver on their environmental promises.

Opportunity:

As a Site Supervisor will be pivotal in ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and removal of fencing systems across Rail, Road, and other Infrastructure projects. Your role may also extend to civils work, arboriculture, landscape, and ecology projects. Your leadership and expertise will be key in exceeding our clients' expectations while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Survey sites and assess project scope in collaboration with the Contract Manager.
  • Oversee fencing operations and supervise on-site teams.
  • Prepare and review safety-critical documentation.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and site reporting.

 

Essential Criteria To Secure An Interview:

  • Experience in fence systems/operations
  • Rail competencies: PTS, PIC/COSS
  • Construction safety guidelines knowledge
  • Relevant certifications (CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS)

 

Salary & Package:

  • Up to £50,000 + Commercial car (with private use) & discretionary bonus
  • Hybrid working role (if applicable)
  • Extensive benefit package
  • Monday – Friday working hours (flexibility) – 40 hours per week.
  • Overtime is available on a Ad-hoc basis.
