The Construction Project Manager

  • Previous Project Management experience in a UK Construction Consultancy is a MUST
  • A construction related degree qualification (QS, PM, BS)
  • Progressing towards or have achieved a professional qualification (MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB preferred)

  • A proactive learner with enthusiasm and a willingness to tackle new challenges.
  • Practical experience with construction procurement and contracts, especially JCT & NEC.
  • A proven track record of managing successful projects to completion across all RIBA stages.
  • Highly driven, with a natural ambition to achieve outstanding results.
