Senior Project Manager

Glasgow (remote with travel to sites)

£565 p/d Inside IR35

Lead complex property projects, driving change and delivering strategic outcomes relating to site closures, coping new locations, retail branches. This hybrid role involves managing the full project lifecycle with occasional travel to sites.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects using formal methodologies and ensure governance compliance.
  • Develop scope, business cases, financials, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Manage resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategy.
  • Lead diverse teams across multiple locations and third-party providers.
  • Drive decision-making and resolve challenges in complex scenarios.
  • Tech Liaison for BT, WiFi etc.

Essential Skills

  • Extensive experience managing large property projects.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven leadership of diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
