Are you a Health and Safety Manager or similar from an Industrial / Manufacturing / Construction background looking for an autonomous and varied hands-on position where you will be the go-to person for all compliance and processes at a fast paced, leading site within a well-established company who work with globally recognisable clients and pride themselves on their progression opportunities?

This well-established company have been providing their services for well over 150 years across the industrial sector for a dynamic client base including global leaders in manufacturing, automotive and defence. Due to an ever increasing worklaod they are looking to add a Health and Safety Manager to their team in Glasgow.

In this dynamic role your responsibilities include monitoring the safety of the workforce activities through audits and inspections as well as conducting some occasional in-house training for managers and operatives. You will work a Monday - Friday shift pattern of 07:30am - 17:00pm. This company pride themselves on their ongoing training and offer a range of internal courses for all staff.

This role would suit Health and Safety Manager or similar from an industrial background looking for a dynamic and varied role within a well-established company offering the chance of autonomy and progression to senior roles.

The Role:

  • Monitor the safety of the workforce
  • Hands-on, fast paced role
  • Inspecting and Auditing
  • Work within tight-knit team, supporting operatives
  • Oversee all site based compliance
  • Monday - Friday 07:00-16:30
