Randstad CPE is working with a leading FM provider who are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their technical services team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in the Glasgow area..

As the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for providing leadership, management, and development of a defined contract, ensuring financial, and operational commitments are met and exceeded.

Duties

  • Ensure all contractual KPIs are delivered on a monthly basis
  • To provide line management to Engineers/ Supervisors in Scotland
  • Manage P&L
  • Write monthly performance reports
  • Strategically manage the delivery of FM services at the site

About you

  • Candidate will be an experienced manager that holds a relevant degree or professional qualification in an Estates/Facilities discipline.
  • A strong technical focus with knowledge of HVAC and Building Regulations
  • previous experience in a Contracts Manager/ Account Manager role
