Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Prepare and manage project budgets, contracts, and financial reports
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management
- Resolve any disputes or challenges that arise during the project
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in the Civil Engineering and Construction industry specifically concrete
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, processes, and legislation
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- A proactive and problem-solving approach to project management
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
