The perfect candidate will have previous IP administration experience and the ability to thrive under pressure, ensuring attention to detail when completing all tasks. A CIPA / CITMA qualification would be advantageous, although this is not essential if you have excellent experience.

Duties would be varied, and you’d be providing a high level of support to Patent Attorneys within the role. Tasks would include:

  • Carrying out patent formalities processes.
  • Updating the firm’s in-house database.
  • Case management.
  • Working collaboratively with the team.
  • Assisting with diary management.
  • Prioritising tasks with conflicting priorities.
