Up to 30,000 DOE

* This role can be mostly home based if you wish but you must live locally to be able to attend the Glasgow office relatively quickly when required. Initial 4 weeks will also be completely office based in Glasgow, and afterward you can continue to work from the office instead of from home if you wish. You may also need to attend client premises sometimes but this is rare.

Our client provides training courses and apprentices to their customers and due to significant growth they are seeking another experienced Business Skills Assessor to join their team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in meeting the rising demand for their assessment services. If you are passionate about fostering talent in the Business Skills sector and have the experience and expertise to assess and guide individuals on their professional journey, then we would love to hear from you.

As a skills assessor here you'll embrace a self-managed role, take ownership of assessing and guiding apprentices through their training journey, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and qualification requirements. You'll manage your caseload efficiently, balancing the needs of multiple apprentices while also maintaining high-quality support and guidance. Your self-management skills will be crucial in organising assessments, providing timely feedback and addressing any challenges that arise along the way.
