You will work closely with our Learning Design and Learning Operations teams in a collaborative environment. The role offers variety and excitement as you deliver a wide range of learning sessions, making every colleague's onboarding and development journey an amazing experience. You will dive into diverse and interesting projects that keep things fresh and exciting. Additionally, you will have growth opportunities to learn new skills and experiment with new ways of working, with full training provided to ensure your success.

They are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering learning programmes and inductions that inspire and motivate. You should be skilled in facilitating face-to-face and online workshops, bringing out the best in large, diverse groups. Providing ongoing support and coaching to ensure continuous improvement is essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills. You must be a great communicator with excellent verbal and written skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Confidence in making decisions and solving challenges effectively is crucial, as is the ability to take initiative to plan and prioritise to meet business needs. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing needs is important. Building strong relationships with learners and stakeholders and being comfortable with technology, whether delivering face-to-face or virtual learning, are also key requirements.
