- Contribute to the delivery and management of our mandatory compliance training transformation programme.
- Support the development and execution of our in-house mandatory training strategy.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training modules.
- Provide consistent, professional support across various training activities to meet stakeholder needs.
- Generate timely and accurate management information to inform future training strategies.
- Identify and recommend improvements to systems and processes, raising challenges as needed.
- Participate in wider team projects to complement compliance training delivery.
- Experience in a training environment, ideally within Financial Services, with a focus on blended learning programmes.
- Proficiency with digital training authoring tools and SCORM packages.
- Knowledge of learning and development software, theories, and instructional design models.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A meticulous approach to governance and version control protocols.
