Leadership Training Consultant - Public Sector

Glasgow (Hybrid)

I have multiple fantastic opportunities to join our highly governed public sector client as a Leadership Training Consultant responsible for the design and delivery of leadership training to various people managers throughout the organisation.

For this role you should have:

Learning and Development background
Solid experience of training facilitation is a must.
Significant design and implementation of training materials
Experience across any of the following training modules; Mentorship programmes, Appraisals, Behavioural training, Positive working environments, Communication & Emotional Intelligence, Health & Wellbeing.
An adaptable leader and skilled negotiator, able to adjust their training style to different situations and individuals, accommodating varying attitudes towards change.

This will be a mix of in-person training across Scotland and virtual session.

Must be able to pass SC Level security clearance vetting
