We are seeking an Operations Technician to join our team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical, electrical, or instrument engineering, with a passion for learning and teamwork. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to operational excellence.

• Operate and maintain equipment in line with industry standards and company procedures.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational requirements.

• Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance activities to optimize performance.

• Work collaboratively across teams to foster an inclusive and efficient work environment.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand and exceed customer expectations.

• Participate in training programs to develop expertise in industry-specific processes and technologies.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational compliance.

• Vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrument Engineering (or equivalent experience).
