Full Job DescriptionDebt Recovery Paralegal, Glasgow  Meraki Talent is currently looking to recruit a Debt Recovery Paralegal  to join a regional firm in Glasgow. This role is permanent  You will be working as part of the firm’s litigation team on a broad range of matters assisting fee earners and handling your own case load.The firm is known for developing your career from the outset and for providing a collaborative and friendly working environmentDuties and responsibilities of the ideal candidate:
  • You will assist other fee earners and will work closely with other Paralegals in the team
  • You will be responsible for your own caseload of debt recovery matters
  • You will liaise with clients directly
About You
  • You will ideally have around 3 years Paralegal experience but applications from those with less experience will also be considered
  • You will have a working knowledge of Sherriff Court documents and procedures
  • Knowledge of housing association tenancy cases is desirable
  • Team player
  • Work well to deadlines.
