Full Job DescriptionDebt Recovery Paralegal, Glasgow Meraki Talent is currently looking to recruit a Debt Recovery Paralegal to join a regional firm in Glasgow. This role is permanent You will be working as part of the firm’s litigation team on a broad range of matters assisting fee earners and handling your own case load.The firm is known for developing your career from the outset and for providing a collaborative and friendly working environmentDuties and responsibilities of the ideal candidate:

You will assist other fee earners and will work closely with other Paralegals in the team
You will be responsible for your own caseload of debt recovery matters
You will liaise with clients directly

About You

You will ideally have around 3 years Paralegal experience but applications from those with less experience will also be considered
You will have a working knowledge of Sherriff Court documents and procedures
Knowledge of housing association tenancy cases is desirable
Team player
Work well to deadlines.
