Key Responsibilities (After Training):

  • Manage a personal caseload with minimal supervision
  • Develop skills to issue proceedings for motor accident cases
  • Handle claims using an advanced Case Management system
  • Process new claims and establish liability/indemnity
  • Negotiate claims to conclusion before a hearing
  • Maintain an effective diary and escalate claims as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in issuing proceedings for RTA claims
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in computer systems and adaptable to new technologies
